The Interconnections Conference (12-13 May) successfully convened over 100 people from the research, policy and practitioner communities, and featured lively discussions about delivering climate action and sustainable development in an inclusive and integrated manner. We will soon publish a summary of the conference on this website. We wish to thank all co-hosting organizations, members of the conference organization team, volunteers, speaker, panellists and participants, for making this conference a success! The 2017 Interconnections Conference will bring together researchers, decision-makers, and practitioners - making for a much needed transdisciplinary environment. The conference also strives for a greater voice from developing countries, bringing together transdisciplinary communities from developing and developed countries. Held simultaneously with the Bonn Climate Conference (8-18 May) the conference will link its knowledge space with the international decision-making space. Thank you for submitting abstracts in such large numbers of submission. The International Review Panel of the 2017 Interconnections Conference will now review all abstracts by 6 March. The review will be double blind. Reviewers will consider scientific quality, originality and the relevance of submitted abstracts. Notifications will be given in the week of 6 March.
We are excited about already having received a high number of submissions. However, in order to maximise opportunities for both professional staff and academics working in our field to propose contributions, we are pleased to extend the deadline for abstract submission to Saturday 18 February 2017.
